Minimum Age Requirement

To register and use the rrr77 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. rrr77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage — including during account registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a responsible gaming concern. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be held pending investigation.

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on rrr77. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If rrr77 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be forfeited, and the player's primary account may be suspended pending a full review.

Geographic Eligibility

The rrr77 platform is operated for the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. rrr77 does not make any representation that the services offered on the platform are lawful in all jurisdictions. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that use of the platform is legal under the laws applicable to them.

Registration Requirements

To register on rrr77, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and set a password. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. rrr77 may at any time request additional verification of your identity, including a copy of a national identification document, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rrr77 account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify rrr77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. rrr77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Account Closure by rrr77

rrr77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it believes, on reasonable grounds, that the account has been used for fraudulent purposes, that the player has breached these T&C, or that the player's continued use of the platform presents a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these T&C, any balances associated with that account may be forfeited.

Deposit Methods and Minimums

rrr77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance typically within two to three minutes of the transaction being confirmed. rrr77 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed back through the same payment channel used for the player's most recent deposit where operationally possible. rrr77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any given day will generally be processed within 24 hours. Withdrawal requests submitted after 20:00 BST will be processed on the following business day.

Currency

All transactions on the rrr77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). rrr77 does not support multi-currency accounts. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT. Any currency conversion that may occur on the player's side (for example, if a player's bank account is held in a foreign currency) is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

General Bonus Terms

From time to time, rrr77 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are stated in the specific terms attached to each offer and are displayed in the promotions section of the platform after login. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

Bonus Abuse

rrr77 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings, and to close any account, if it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts, using low-risk or hedged bets to systematically satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or participating in any coordinated group scheme to abuse promotional offers. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at rrr77's sole discretion.
